Our day trip to Havana from Varadero starts early, with departure at 8:00 a.m. Along the way, we stop at the impressive Bacunayagua Bridge, Cuba’s tallest bridge (112 m), offering breathtaking views of the Yumurí Valley.
Once in Havana, we explore the highlights of Old Havana (La Habana Vieja), a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The walking tour includes the Cathedral Square, Plaza de Armas, Plaza de San Francisco de Asís, and the Plaza Vieja. We then continue along the famous Malecón seawall, visit Central Park, the, the Museum of the Revolution, and the grand Revolution Square.
A traditional Cuban lunch is included, often near the Cañonazo fortress, followed by a visit to the iconic Christ of Havana, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire city.
