By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Scuba Vida offers:

• Scuba diving tours, courses, and snorkeling activities.
• Accommodation (room rentals).
• Tours across Cuba.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Reservations can be made online, by email, or in person.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm bookings.
• Prices are listed in [insert your currency, e.g., USD/EUR/CUP] and may be subject to exchange rates.
• Full payment is required before participation in any activity or before check-in for accommodations.

• Cancellations by Guests:
• More than 14 days before service: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
• 7–14 days before service: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before service or no-shows: No refund.
• Cancellations by Scuba Vida:
• If weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances prevent an activity, we will reschedule where possible or issue a refund.
• For accommodation cancellations, guests will be offered alternative dates when possible.

• All diving activities require participants to be in good health and to disclose any medical conditions.
• Certified divers must present valid certification cards.
• Non-certified guests must complete training and follow instructor guidance.
• Scuba Vida reserves the right to refuse participation if safety standards are not met.
• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and guides.

• Participation in scuba diving, snorkeling, and tours involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks.
• Scuba Vida is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage of personal belongings, except in cases of proven negligence.
• Guests are strongly advised to have travel and dive insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.

• Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed upon booking.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
• Smoking policies and house rules must be respected.

• Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Guests must respect local laws and cultural practices.
• Transportation and third-party services may be subject to separate terms.

• Guests are expected to act respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the environment.
• Scuba Vida promotes eco-friendly practices and requires guests not to damage marine life, coral reefs, or protected areas.
